Salon Blais in Fayetteville, AR

I must respond to Christine S...Where do I start.  I find it very difficult to believe much of your review.  In fact its all very suspicious.  As I am sure most people as well who frequent this Salon and Spa.  I do agree with your friend as you referred to as your "trusted friend" who and I quote  "it was an amazing spa like experience."  Her I like.... And agree with:)  I have only ever been treated with professionalism and kindness at this shop...  I have been coming to Salon Blais since 2001.  These people are the nicest people in the world,  very professional, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome and make sure you leave happy!  I also have a husband three daughters a son and many friends and family members who love this salon.  It is a fantastic place to buy a gift certificate. I have given several to friends and family,  receiving one is how I got my first pedicure. and it was amazing.  I don't know where you come up with the term "fancy"  pedicure...because I have never heard anyone that works there refer to them as "fancy".   They do however strive at making it the most relaxing, one of a kind... and most sanitary pedicure you will ever have.  This is why its the only place I will go for one.  You also failed to mention how they use hot steam towels and put you in a private room with soft music, scrub your feet with the most amazing products and massage your legs,  not to mention how long it lasts.  You also failed to mention how the hair dresser might I add " ten years ago" did get you and your daughters in last minute...I have heard so many people rave about this place.  If I had a problem, personally  I would have gone to management.  I would have never interrupted another persons service. I'm sure if that's how you handled it, it would become... awkward.  Hostile?   Come on really?   Knowing Ruth and Belinda who take such pride in what they do and work harder than anyone I know, they would never be unkind to anyone! you said... "barely short of rolling their eyes"  how does someone do that anyway?  I would think either you do roll your eyes or you don't.  In ten years I have never seen any employee "snub" anyone. They are all extremely nice!  I can't help but think if someone told you it was a beautiful day today, you would say, its gonna rain tomorrow....  I am also sure this Salon did not become number 1 in readers choice year after year if they weren't amazing.  I also encourage others to check out other review sites and see after ten years they have always received great reviews.  That speaks volumes to me!  Keep up the great work Salon Blais.  This town loves and appreciates you!  Sincerely, Katherine!

I love getting my hair trimmed at this place. They use these incredible serums and heat protection to apply to your hair before they style it, and you smell like a tropical beach for the rest of the afternoon. Not to mention your hair will feel the silkiest it's ever felt in your life. The staff is young, very pleasant to talk to and have really flexible schedules to work around your work day. I've never tried any of their spa/mani/pedi services, but they offer those there as well.
