Went for hair cut totally  botched the job not even close to what I ask for totally unsatisfied would not recommend this place  worst haircut ever

Really nice place, seemed like a good atmosphere based on how everyone around me was interacting. I went in with pretty long curly hair that was very dead on the ends. I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders (indicating where I wanted it cut with my hands) because it would end up bouncing up a lot afterwards. I wasn't even asked if the length was good before any chopping started. She just went in straight away to chopping my hair. Usually you start longer and go from there especially with curly hair.. this did not happen and I'm not entirely satisfied with what I've got. There was absolutely no way I could go back from what she gave me. I wish she would have been more considerate and made sure that the length would be good for me. A more conservative approach to cutting would have been appreciated. Now I have very short hair (above my shoulders) that I did not want. I feel that I could have gone to great clips and spent far less money for the same results even better. I came here expecting to get great results and more attention than I would elsewhere the whole interaction took 10 minutes. I'm highly unsatisfied.

I love Salon Fix and we love Jenny Craig. I feel very comfortable and welcome in this salon.
Jenny did a blunt cut bob and platinum color on my daughter and let me tell you, it was perfection. She is so professional, has so much experience and is extremely meticulous. I was completely wowed. She listens and makes sure she is clear about exactly what you want and then works to achieve it. Such a friendly, kind and fun personality too!

I Needed a last minute trim & thinning before leaving town this weekend. I booked an appointment with Chelsea - a specialist when it comes to curly hair. Chelsea did a fantastic job, as well as being a delight to converse with, not only did she give the best hair cut for someone with curly hair but took the time to educate me on the proper routine needed to keep my hair healthy and looking it's best! I would highly recommend Chelsea if you have curly hair!

I have found my new favorite salon and hairstylist! I booked a last minute appointment with Lauren, and not only was she extremely accommodating and fun to work with, she took me from a brassy grown out blonde, to the cool toned blonde of my dreams! Lauren is very talented at what she does, and I'll be going back to her for all of my cut and color needs.
