Bes is FANTASTIC! I've searched high and low for a good hairdresser in Plano and have finally found him. Bes is seriously the BEST like all the other raving reviews state! I was trying to get a haircut two days before Thanksgiving and because my usual hairdresser was fully booked days before and couldn't squeeze me, I frantically searched through Yelp without much luck. Let me also preface by that I try not to change hairdressers because I have a hard time trusting them from previous bad experiences especially with my post covid hair loss.... Anyways, I read all the reviews and looked through the pictures and thought I'd try my luck but set myself thinking there's a good chance I'll have to come see him after the holidays. He was so sweet, adjusted his schedule and stayed back late since I had to work because he GENUINELY wanted to help me! This left me in shock compared to the other responses I was getting and I did my best to wrap up work quickly and get there in time. Once I was there, he warmly greeted me and not only gave me a phenomenal haircut but I got balayage for the first time. He kept the suspense and wouldn't let me see til it was all done and let me tell you, I LOVE IT!! He respected my request to keep my length, gave me nice long layers and the reddish-brown balayage was so so pretty!!! I have gotten so many compliments and my husband has kept complimenting Bes's work since I gotten home to this day! Bes and I were chatting about our families, work and he has years of experience and his work speaks for itself! I'll definitely be returning and recommend him. 100/10 for customer service alone!
