I desperately needed a haircut and was glad to get an appointment with Kelly. The booking process was quick and simple; I left a VM and got a call back a few hours later. Parking in the lot in the middle of the week at 2pm was oddly difficult/busy - there was only 1 spot left and I was lucky enough to get it. Otherwise, I may have had to park up the street. Kelly did a fantastic job and I'm looking forward to doing more upkeep in the near future
Lan is amazing! She always does my hair how I want and gives me great ideas as well as customer service. I consider her a friend. She is really honest with how I'm manage my hair and gives recommendation based on that. I have come to her forever and will continue to go to her. I absolutely love her!
Macie is amazing!! She is a hair artist! She has so many cool products she used in my hair! I love my new haircut! She gives you a great massage, spends extra time on detail, is so great with products, does great blowouts, knows so much about the industry, is patient, kind and just does miracles with any hair type. She does amazing things with my daughters curly hair too! I can not recommend this place enough!! And Macie!!! The salon is beautiful, the views are incredible, everything is cute! I also love the headrests in the hair wash area!! This is the best salon in San Diego county!!!
Kelly is AMAZING. She gave me one of the best blunt cuts I've ever gotten, and a quality blunt cut is no small task. I've seen the best stylists for blunt cuts between LA and SD, and Kelly is bar none. She's also warm, and lovely, and I can't wait to see her again.
I've been going to Kelly for about 5 years for haircut/color/highlights. She also cuts my teenage daughters hair. She's amazing and always makes us look fabulous! The salon is always clean and she's taken the extra safety precautions during COVID. I love Kelly's spunky personality and always enjoy our conversations and catching up together. I'd highly recommend her and Salon 81!
