I went here requesting permanent beach waves large ones. Was informed those big curls are by curling iron which sucked but okay. Then I asked for copper hair and showed a picture. Was told okay and got auburn at best. So now I look like a burgandy clown and this was before christmas portraits for the family. To insult me further, hair dresser assured me it would lighten after washing. I explained it was too brown and was told it would look fire engine red. Place did average on the hair cut. Bangs were not inverted V shape like i wanted, even after showing a picture. So expensive and so disappointing. I rarely get to have my hair done. I guess you gotta spend $500 to get an honest salon. I'll just dye it myself once this garbage washes out and thank god it does. Oh and wasn't even asked about that, just decided to do demi-permanent. Which I'm glad it is since it's botched but still should have been informed BEFORE applying.
Very dissapointed in my service today.. I asked for bright strawberry blonde with blended blonde in front. The manager told me it was close enough and that's just what you get with red. Mayne you should tell your client you don't k own how to mix that color instead of giving them hair that they hate and then charging them full price and telling them it's "close enough"... seriously...skip thos place unless ypu want cookie cutter blonde highlights
I had hilights , haircut and style with Hannah. She did a wonderful job, she takes her time and listens to what you want. My hair looks great, I love it!

As usual Salon 327 did not disappoint. The staff is always courteous and professional. My stylist Taylor Gardner exceeded all my expectations. I got a perfect cut. She explained each step and what product she was using, but there was no hard sell. She educated me as to the proper care for my new style. They took my temp as I went in, keeping strictly to the Covid protections. I couldn't be happier with my stylist and the salon.
