Love coming here to get my pedicures! I haven't been here when it's busy, so I've never had to wait for a chair. Prices are super reasonable, about $40 bucks for a 45 minutes pedi. They do use the drummer to remove gel, but you can ask not to. Another salon clipped so much I've bled, but here they have been gentle and great! Won't go anywhere else!
I get pedicures here and they always do an outstanding job for a reasonable price unlike other places who over charge
Nice people but go somewhere else if you don't like children running around while getting your nails done. They do a great job and my nails look great! Think they need a babysitter though
I went to this nail salon and it was horrible. They tried to charge me 50 dollars for the nails pictured. There was a miscommunication and the lady at the front desk only charged me 40 (I tipped her 10 dollars cause i feel bad for not tipping), when she found out the lady at the front desk charged me only 40 she then TEXTED my number and asked for me to come back in because she didn't charged me enough. Bad service and bad business in general. Very unprofessional. The first picture is what i asked her (I showed her the picture many times while doing my nails, she knew these nails were for prom as well) and the second and third is what i got. my middle finger where so thick and were not even at all. She rushed through the entire appointment and was watching netflix the whole time. Her kids were running around throwing oranges everywhere. Just unprofessional. Never ever going back.
Today was my first time going to 5th ave nail spa, and the last. I came in for a gel polish change. The man at the desk that checked me in was some what friendly but didn't really smile. The nail tech did a very rushed job, and acted annoyed that I was sitting there to have my nails done. He never smiled and barely said 2 words to me. And even argued when I requested a 3rd layer of color, because the shade I picked was lighter than I expected. One of my nails is lumpy, I didn't even know you could get a lumpy nail with just polish. 2nd worst nail experience ever.
