I liked the service they give you , but the woman that did my hair didn't cut it good . I had a few long uneven strands that I had to evenly cut myself .
Pathetic service and and a bunch of unprofessional liars. I went to get highlights for my roots done and haircut. It was supposed to be a one hour job since I was only there to get partial highlights, but I ended up being there for about 5 hours and what was the result?? They messed up my blonde highlights and turned them to orange/red/brass. I have four different colors on my hair right now. I asked them to refund my money so I can redo the hair from a different salon but they're not even responding to my messages after they agreed to refund me only $50 back. But I have not received the refund and even that they are not replying to my messages. The new salon I am going to get my hair corrected from will be charging me well over what I originally paid for the highlights and a haircut together. I am beyond upset, angry and emotionally hurt because my hair looks horrible. I even sent the pictures of my hair to the stylist who did my hair and she did not respond to my messages. So unprofessional and rude.
