Sally Beauty in Porterville, CA

every time i walk into sally's, i always get followed like they're waiting for me to steal from them.. well today i received the worst experience ever. today i walked into sally's to look for a nail kit i've been wanting so badly, just to get accused of stealing a fucking pack of $2 nail tips. the guy approaches me and immediately said "do you have nails in your bag" at this point, i'm livid. i open my bag for him to see and of course NO damn nails in my bag. it was so busy and i felt so embarrassed. they really have horrible customer service. anyone who works in retail know that you are NEVER suppose to accuse a customer of stealing. i would know bc i literally work in retail. they are rude, they have no communication skills, and they are always so damn grumpy. half of them don't even know anything about the supplies they sell. i sure did call corporate and filed my case against them. hopefully they get rid of there horrible employees and hire better ones who can actually do the damn job. i'm very disappointed & disgusted. never shopping there ever again. -5 for a rating if i could.

I agree with the other customers who posted a review on Porterville's Sally Beauty Supply. Its been a while I have been in there when I went in today I had the worst customer service by one f the employees in there who was completely incompetent to answer my simple question on what products would best work with my hair due to its condition it was in at the time. I received rude replies and by saying she could not comprehend what I was asking to ask questions one at a time cause she stated I was all over the place and while she was yelling out loud in front of customers, like she was having a bad day that day and couldn't handle her job dealing with people. She stated they are not professionals and should ask my stylist what shampoos and products I should use on my hair, I honestly believed they hired girls who where or are attending cosmetology school. I couldn't believe my ears on how disgustingly rude this girl was "the girl with long black hair" employee. In her mid sentence I could not take it anymore and had to walk away from her while she was talking cause I couldn't stand the rude behavior and embarrassment in front of other customers any longer. I called corporate and demanded her fired she should not be working with people at ALL. I will not be returning to Sallys any time soon. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE YEAR GOES TO THAT EMPLOYEE. HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!!!! I've been to all the time! They didn't greet the customer when we walked in. Once I was there one of the employees was helping me ringed up my merchandise n the other worker come and started talking to them using "B*tch" word!!! How professional is that talking like that in front of a customer!!!Never even say 'have a nice day' after the customer left the store!!!They were to rush and worried about talking to each other after they done ringing us up!second time when I came in the girl was just busy on her phone was not paying attention when I asked her questions about some stuff I need to know in store!! never come here again!!!! I would give them -5 stars if I could!

I've been to other Sally Beauty Supply stores and by far this one is the worst , Walking in didn't get greeted or given a flyer , the store is dirty ,I have a student discount card and the girl wouldn't give me my discount , she went to ask another employee working about my discount and came back saying that after I get my license to come back to get a card !! Really?? I rather drive 30 mins away to a different Sally beauty supply , than get treated like this again. Girls in Porterville get your customer service together and store maintenance together or you'll lose customers... I didn't want to give a star but I guess it'll do since they did actually have the products I needed...
