I liked this place upon arrival got greeted nicely nancy did my pedi she did amazing and was very friendly and sweet !! but the reason for my 3 stars is because at the end she asked me how i was going to tip !! which i didn't like ...it felt really awkward !! i was going to give her a tip regardless because i felt she deserved it for the great service but i feel it is very tacky to ask for a tip !! tips are for if the customer feels like giving not mandatory !! but it feels pushy to ask for one !! would've gave 5 stars had i not felt so forced to tip !! for future reference please don't ask for tips if customer feel or wants to tip or has the money to even tip you then they will !! otherwise it just doesn't sound or look good asking !!
They Don't Sterilize The Instruments which causes bacterial spores and viruses. Save your self money for having to go to a Dr for medicarion
Supper horrible owners wife did my nails sloppy due to it being the end of the day I get off work get in comfy clothes to get my nails done then to feel like I'm being judged by owners as soon as I come in not only that ask me what I'm looking at if I'm of thinking I'm watching them put money away wen in reality I'm watching her doing millions of things and ruining my nails while she moves and adress to her I'm fine ! I'm watching her ruin my nails then afterwards don't get the cuticle gel or to go wash my hands just how much it was like if I didn't have money for it n her husband literally stops wat he's doing to watch us I pull out my hard earn money from my job !!!!!! And payed and gave her a tip to feel foolish as she and her hubby were last time I'll ever attend . Don't be rude to ur guest and never judge a book by its cover .... Shame on u guys ...... worst experience ever all because I wanted treat my self and be comfortable sweat and a t .....
DO NOT GO HERE!! I have went previously for gel nails and thought this place was pretty good. I went again, this time for regular nail polish, and went I said I didn't want gel nail they were like in a different tone "you don't want gel nail" I was like no.. afterward she went hard on my skin and was very careless. I ended up with multiple cuts and was bleeding, she saw and didn't care. They ended up getting infected. If you're going here for gel nails, sure, if not, RUN. Even then the vibe from the staff is horrid, some days they'll be nice to you some they dont.. really depends.
Do not recommend this place it's over priced and the staff makes you fell like they are talking about you the whole time the pedicure was horrible the guy that did mine rushed threw the whole thing didn't even scrub my feet right and my 10 minute massage was more like rubbing lotion on my legs and feet and that's it. Never going back!
