Great service and when they didn't have another box of the dye I wanted they called the closes Sally's and put it on hold for me, unfortunately the purple dye I got for myself didn't last long but my boyfriends has. can't blame the store for a crappy product though lol.

OK so, Sally beauty supplies are typically the same. And this Sally's was very typical of what you expect. Hair and beauty products abound.

I needed a tweezer, and the lovely young woman working greeted me and asked if I needed help. She came over and we discussed the relative differences between the many tweezers and I made my choice.

What makes this five stars is that she gave her honest opinion. It was sincere and not the most expensive option. It was based on her experience trying all of the tweezers. I appreciate that sort of sales integrity.

As I was checking out, she also corrected all the information on my account, new phone number, etc.

So, thank you young woman, whose name I neglected to get, for making my quick stop at Sally's great.

I went in to sally beauty supply and most of the time the people there are nice. But today I was dying my hair at home and I ran out of dye. We went into the store with half my head covered. They lay was very condescending and judgmental about my situation. I feel that she should've been more supportive and helping me work it out instead of getting me more worked up

Recently visited Sallys for supplies to tone the color of my hair. The selection is outstanding. The sell supplies in the fashion of stores for beauticians only but are open to the public. The 2 young women attending the store are experts in customer service. Friendly, not trying to up-sell anything. They were so helpful, I was using toner for the first time and the woman helping me offered plenty of useful advise and I left the door feeling confident about my DYI adventure into toners. I also asked for a super moisturizing conditioner for about $10 and I'm delighted with her recommendation. I'm returning to Sally's for all my hair care needs. Again, the customer service is stellar.

I have been sorely missing my (recently discontinued) favorite shampoo, and asked the clerk for some recommendations. After recommending a replacement (that has worked out quite nicely), she stepped away and - unbeknownst to me - contacted every store in our immediate area. Two days later, she now has 9 sets of my shampoo, set aside specifically for me. Beyond this exceptional service, she was friendly and attentive, without being pushy, and I felt as if I left the store with the beginnings of a new friendship. Really unexpected, but amazing. I suppose it shouldn't have come as a surprise, but the clerk is also the manager, Brooke Zigler. Given some of the disheartening, terrible service and suggestions I received from my last Sally's, in Tacoma, Washington, I am THRILLED to have found such an amazing store.
