The service was fantastic, and the lady, Ashley, was incredibly kind. She did my hair exactly the way I wanted, and made it look better than what I imagined! They made sure I knew how to style it the way I wanted, and it was affordable. All the stylist were kind and friendly, and we were in and out in under a half hour. I will definitely be going back there!

Great experience! The stylist took her time and asked me questions about my hair cut. She was happy to go alittle shorter halfway through the cut. And it turned out very sharp.

The MVP experience is really worth it is you are looking to treat yourself. I actually ended up buying some of the tea tree shampoo and conditioner they used because I liked it so much. The price on the shampoo and conditioner was really good!

Might be out of business.  I tried to check in online today and the message said to call for an appt.  I called the number, but was told it was out of service.
 I'd been trying to reach them for an appt. for days, but one way or the other I couldn't get one.  They told me the stylists leave at 6, so I drove there at 4:30 to see if there was an opening.  The whole place was shut up and indeed the sign on the window said "No appointment necessary."  It's not that I didn't try...

I'm not upset that the lady didn't do the fade correctly, it's that she didn't say she was comfortable with that type of hair cut. Her intentions I'm sure we're good, but this is the worst fade I've ever seen. It's a straight line all the way across his head. There is no tapering. I felt so bad when he walked out because I could see the look of disappointment on his face. It's not even worth asking them to fix, because it's already faded up so high that it would have possibly gotten even worse.

They were so bad at timing! They wasted one hour of my time waiting my turn to get my haircut! It was 2:55 when I booked online first available hair stylist. I arrived at 2:53 and they told me to wait 25 more minutes . At 3:06 i got a message that my hair stylist will be ready in 15 minutes, meaning at 3:21. However, I kept waiting until 3:47 and they asked me wether I wanted hair stylist 1 or two to do my hair!!!!!!!!  dude when I booked, I booked first available I did not chose any specific person!!! That was unprofessional!  if it was because of short in staff as they told me at first, then why did not they do my hair once she was ready before the other hair stylist tell her to do mine?! She was available and kept me waiting (for maybe 10 minutes)till the other hair stylist told her to do my hair!!!

After all this bs, there was no apology!

If there was zero star I would give them!
