Went for a pedicure and was happy with the results. Did not have an appointment and there wasn't any wait time. The woman was very kind and did an excellent French tip on my toes. I'll definitely be back again!
I have gone to this place only a few times, every time I have gone here they have done an ok job, they could do better if they actually thought about what they costumer really wants for their nails/toes and not just randomly do their own designs or what not, I have shown them pictures of what I want done n they still seem to not get it right.. probably won't be going here again.
This was only the third time i've gotten acrylics done professionally and the people were so nice and friendly. My tech was pretty quiet but when i told him it was my sisters homecoming he was talking to me about the school i go to and my sister. The tech a couple seats over was talking to his client like they had known each other for years. very good service and i got such cute nails.
2 generous stars. This is the third time I've been here and the 3rd time I had a sub-par service. Last time they charged me $10 more than the pedicure is priced on the wall and the tech was super rough... this time, my pedicure lasted 17 minutes and the tech (a different one) cut me no less than 5 times and I finally had to ask her to stop digging into the side of my nail bed with her *sterile* digging tool. When I asked her to please stop doing that, she slapped lotion on me *then immediately rinsed it off* and passed me on to someone else to finish the polish job.
The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I haven't had to wait for a pedi + the polish miraculously lasts more than a week, usually.
