My previous nail lady moved away, so I started looking for a new nail salon. I tried other places, but the Herbal Spa and Nail was the best place I've found! Cindy does an amazing job on my nails every time. Her work is consistent and clean. I always leave happy with her work, and my nails last until I need a fill! I highly recommend going to the Herbal Spa and Nail!
the staff was so rude, didn't ask me what shape I wanted didn't talk to me at all, kept rolling her eyes when I came in like it was a chore for her to do my nails.. absolutely disappointed didn't make me wash my hands after sharpening my nails... would not recommend
I had my nails done here a day before my birthday. Did a walk-in and was seen right of way. The beautiful lady in charge on my manicure did great she will bring up conversations and asked if I was ok, I liked that about her I told her exactly what I wanted and he she did it even though they didn't have the color I wanted available. I will return!!!!
I was very disappointed in my recent experience at Herbal Nails. I was previously a regular customer, but will not be returning for future manicures or pedicures. The employees there were basically harassing me to purchase the more expensive pedicure, and when I repeated what I'd prefer they were very dismissive. I brought my young daughter and requested the kids pedicure, and they again argued for giving her the adult basic pedicure. It was so frustrating that I finally said fine and my daughter became itchy from the scrub they put on her legs, then ignored her when she asked them to remove it. They then told me a charge and switched around the numbers when entering it into the credit card scanner for a higher price. Again, all around disappointing experience, and I will be finding a different location for the future.
