This was my first time coming to Rita's salon and it want be the last. Rita, and her staff was so welcoming. She did beautiful henna tattoo's on both of my hands. If you love henna tattoo's, eyebrow threading, makeup, to getting your hair done, contact this salon. Thank you Rita..

I never ever had any aesthetician peel skin in threading process! I had uneven eyebrows, too thin eyebrows etc in my prior experience but never had skin caught in the thread!!

I got gold facial. My goodness!! It is horrible! The aesthetician's palms were all over my face including the eyes! She massaged eyes too and that too with lot of pressure! Why would anyone go near the eyes!! No coordinated movements of fingers and hence I felt she was doing whatever movement she thought of. I should have known when she asked me - is the pressure OK? That is a question for body massage not for facial. I was left with steaming my face for 15 min while the face mask was taken off in less than 7 min!!?!

Please train your staff properly before they attend any guests.

I was trying to refrain from even posting this but I'm truly disappointed in how my issue was handled. I gave them a chance to make it right before coming here. I came in 2 days ago for a Brazilian wax and I've been getting waxed for 9 years now, never had a bad reaction or experience. She went over my vagina lips and the inner parts repeatedly. My thin delicate skin labia skin is damaged. I got home used the bathroom and it STUNG so bad then when i wiped i saw blood, plus my labia was swollen. So i call them back the next day and told Rita my experience, and she asked for me to come in. I came back in and she looks to confirm I had been damaged but then makes it seem as if this was minor and wasn't willing to admit that her waxer messed up "she's been here for 5 years, never had a complaint" "this will go away in a few days with aloe Vera gel". Excuse me?!

I've worked at EWC so I know how we were taught to handle these types of complaints and I was shocked at how she gaslighted me. She wouldn't even offer me a full refund. It's day 3 and my skin down there is so cracked and scorched still, it hurt to rinse myself in the shower. You can visibly see where I'm scorched at down there and now my vagina lips are turning pink/red and I'm a brown woman. Now that's another insecurity I have, more discoloration. There's still blood when i wipe. I'm just angry at how this was handled. While I'm sure they're good at other things , they should not be waxing anybody's private parts. I've never had this irritation before. It went from straight pain, to pain AND itchy. If you're business is doing that bad, that you can't offer a full refund after you damage a customer's private parts/skin, you should reconsider. No i don't want to come back for 50% off. No i don't want anything else from a business owner who lacks accountability.

Update: My doctor confirmed my labia minora and labia majora was damaged which means the sebaceous glands & mucus membrane that keeps your Vagina moist, was NO LONGER working on my body. Yes that means sex has been an issue since the vagina isn't lubricating externally like it's supposed to. This place needs to be shut down. Definitely looking into a lawsuit. No one who is that poorly trained should be performing Brazilian waxes, or waxes at all.

This was my 1st time getting a henna tattoo and truly enjoyed myself. The service was awesome and Ms. Rita is very talented. We told her where we wanted our tattoo and she designed it with excellence. The place was very clean and we were served as soon as we got there.
