This is an amazing place with personalized care. The owner remembers you and makes you feel welcomed and cared for. I needed a makeover after finishing my nursing exam. The prices for service are very good compared to many other places I have been to in 8 yrs in NC. I finally feel I found my place. They give you the time to have good care, so a little wait doesn't mean anything when you feel amazing even weeks later. I am obsessed with the products they use as they work well on my acne prone combination skin. The waxing is somehow less painful. This place is a must on your list of self care.
I have come to get brazilian waxes for a year and I bring my friends, the service is amazing and the lady cut us a deal for 3 people for $25. Will be coming back for a long time!
Owner did my eyebrows and finished in two minutes before my mom even had a chance to sit down. She did terrible and the owner really doesn't care about her customers. She was in a rush to leave and had left several cuts on my skin. She didn't even trim the ends of the eyebrows to clean it up. I had to ask her to do this. When I had tears, she didn't even offer a tissue and had to ask. She doesn't care about her customers and is overworking her staff to try to get as many customers as she can rather than focusing on quality. This was the most pain I've ever felt when getting eyebrows done because she went too fast and pushed down too hard. I will never be coming back to this location and do not recommend!!
