Jay Andrews Salon & Spa in Morrisville, NC

We've been going to this salon for years. My 17 year old son was 16 minutes late (stuck in traffic coming from school). The salon charged us full price and told him to reschedule. Typically, it takes the stylist 20 min max to cut his hair, so she would have stayed an extra 5 minutes. I understand if the stylist had to be somewhere, and they would have just rescheduled him but to charge him as a no show is wrong. Customer service is not important to this salon.

By Far the rudest bunch of women I have ever met the one older women at the counter when you walk in super nasty and some  guy also at the
front counter also  not real nice this happened more than once .
And the one they call Brianna omg what a bitch.
Do yourself a favor and don't go there

I absolutely love jay Andrew's and connie and maria.  I love my hair.  The color is perfect and the cut is exactly what I wanted.  Maria also gives the best shampoo with scalp massage ever.  It is a little piece of heaven when she washes my hair.  Thanks Maria for the great haircut. Shampoo and color.  Will keep coming to you for the foreseeable future

I saw Sam as a potential new client.  I came in with a rounded bob that almost shoulder length.  I expressed how easy to fix my hair has been for me for the last few years and the importance of that to me.  I told Sam that I simply wanted my bob shortened to jaw length, maintaining the rounded look.  I also requested some light texturizing around the crown and the back so that I could blow dry my fine straight hair and attain a little volume on that area.  It was darkish in the shop. I was the last customer.  After she finished my cut, I was able to stand closer to the mirror.  I was flabbergasted and speechless.  My hair had been chopped into multiple short layers around the crown.  More layers down the head were chopped in.  There appeared to be  reason as to how she cut the uneven layers.  She decided to leave longer lengths in the area of the my sideburns.  One side also longer than the other.  My  husband took one look and said "I am so sorry."  I cried when I got home.  Never use Sam unless you know and trust her.  I will take my complaints to the owner.

I have been coming here for years. It's a nice salon that follows good COVID safety precautions. I especially like seeing Erica who does a great job styling my hair and eyebrows. I love the Aveda products used here and you can buy the products here as well.
