I've been going here for years. Every 2-3 weeks For a gel manicure once a month for a pedicure. There's one tech I don't like getting b/c she's rough but all the others are fantastic. I've had to wait once in all my years going here. I didn't give 5 stars b/c aesthetically, the salon could use some work. I'm sure the owner has the money for a small makeover for the place. Other than that I've been very happy with them. I wouldn't keep going back if I wasn't.
I walked in and asked how long for a pedicure. I was told "couple minutes". i picked my color and was sent back to the pedicure chairs where I was assigned to a seat. I had to figure out how to use the chair myself as it was in a reclined position. Sat there for about 4 minutes before they came over and filled the tub with cold water and Moved to someone else Who was there waiting first. Without even looking at me, they said "soak feet". I replied "it's cold". They added a bit of warm, but the tub was still so full of cold water that it barely made it tolerable. Sat there for another 16 minutes before I finally got up and walked out. Won't be back. I'll go to the place I usually go that constantly tries to sell me upgrades.
I was the only person in to have a manicure. The man rushed through it as if there were 10 other people waiting. Only soaked one hand and the other hand doesn't even look like he touched my cuticles. The color is faded the closer it gets to the cuticle. Had I had my glasses on and able to look closer, I wouldn't have tipped 20%. Never again
The guy doing my nails was super rough with them and made four of my fingers start bleeding. He also made them SUPER short, way shorter than they were before and I didn't even ask him to shorten them. I got them done a day ago and my fingers are still in pain.
