Love the salon and all they have to offer. Traffic is horrible around here and that's definitely a huge challenge so leave early. It's worth the time you'll spend in traffic!
Had an appt for Saturday at 5pm -- had to put a credit card down to reserve the time so if I was a no show they could charge me. Two days before appt I get a reminder email for Saturday at 5pm appt. I show up Saturday at 5pm -- driving 25 minutes to get there -- and the salon is closed. I called and left a message plus emailed as I was standing outside in the freezing weather -- no reply. I left messages and it's been a week without a return call or email to apologize or make things right so here's my 1 star review. And remember if I hadn't shown they would have still charged me but they didn't show and .... nothing. Btw the appt was with Rena.
I had an 11am haircut with Sarah. I vibed so well with her; she was timely, professional, and very nice. I loved the head massage and moroccan oil products she used on my hair. I wish I wasn't moving to a different state or else I would use her as my permanent haircut person. A little on the expensive side though; I was told it would be $55 for a haircut when I booked the appointment about 3 months ago but ended up paying $65 plus tip. I didn't say anything when I was checking out, because I truly enjoyed Sarah. They may also have increased their prices due to inflation. Parking was a little difficult to find. Overall, I highly recommend Sarah at this salon for haircuts.
This is my second time here and I will have to say this place is great. Cori my hairstylist really takes into consideration what I want, the style and the cut. She is super energetic and always pleasant to be around. I have always struggled to find a good salon that understands my wavy/curly/long/thin hair. I loved the whole experience both time. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new salon.
I came here for a hair color appointment and the stylist said I could add toner at no charge. So I opted to it to - bad idea. She mentioned the toner would not darken my hair but refresh it and take the brass away. Well after everything was done my hair was black - jet black. The balayage I had before is now all gone and i will have to spend another $200 to fix the mess that's been created. It's so bad that my family thinks I just did a box hair at home and picked the wrong color. I'm too embarrassed to say I paid for it and went to a salon to get it!! Won't be coming back.
