0 stars!!!! 0 stars!!! Came in on 3/13 for first visit sns. Jenna did my nails. It was 6 days later and 2 of my nails are chipping. I went in today exactly day 7 and I was told they will charge me $10 to fix. Excuse me? I already paid $45 to have them done and not last a week and now you want me to pay $10 more for your cheap brands that do not last. I've never been to a nail salon that does not honor in first week. Cheap cheap cheap. Do not go here!
Overall they are good but there's a service level difference depending on who you have. They add a fee for using their products on the receipt. The area its located in is convenient. The only thing I would like to see is materials coming out of a new package when beginning. It helps a lot to know whether items are being reused or coming from a new package.

I am from out of town and usually try to stay with my nail tech from back home. This last visit I had to take a risk and get my nails done while I was here. Tony and Jimmy did a great job with my dip and gel. They both were pleasant and took time to do get the service done right. Pricing was good comparable to the surrounding nail shops. I highly recommend.
Katy was extremely sweet. I am very picky with nail techs and get nervous trying a new one, but she delivered.
