I've been getting my lashes done at La Belle for almost a year now. I started with a junior-level artist and have moved to a senior level girl now and I've had a great experience every single time, whether it was a full set or a fill! The girls are all friendly, communicative, and patient, always checking in to see if I need a break, feel comfortable, or want a blanket! The space is not only beautifully decorated but also so clean and spotless, it's a luxurious experience every time I come in. I believe the prices are spot on. I've been so pleased with each price point and always feel like my lashes are exactly what I'm comfortable with in terms of volume/drama etc. :) In my opinion, this is THE only place to go for lashes! And even though I haven't taken advantage of any of their other services, I'm confident that the quality is just as great!
I treated myself to lashes again and they're absolutely amazing. I love La Belle and wouldn't go anywhere else for lashes. I have been there about 10 times total and always have a great experience. I'm going to try waxing and facial services as well. I'd recommend Natasha if you go!
Always amazing, attentive and thorough. Tiffani is extremely knowledgable and empathetic when it comes to your needs and only wants you to walk away with a smile on your face. The facility is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful staff. Go give her a shout!
This was a bad experience. I paid the full price, no coupon, for a full set of lash extensions with an upper-level person applying them and I should have just paid for the cheapest person to do it. There was a bald spot on one eye. I called, came in, they had the same woman "repair" it and afterward, the same issue was there plus they were falling out like crazy immediately. I called, related the problem again, asked if I could switch to a different lash tech to get it fixed & said I'd even pay more money to just get someone different to work on my lashes (!!) and this place refused. They absolutely refused to do anything except have the same inept woman work on my lashes a 3rd time. So I thought better of my time and took my business elsewhere, have been going to the other place for about 4 months and am extremely pleased even though it's a bit of a commute. I'd rather drive 25 minutes than deal with this place with their sloppy standards and terrible business ethics.
