Need to go to the College Square Plaza Central and go to that Hair Cuttery too much better Hair Cuttery you'll find in there a new set of hours new set of reps that do haircuts and styles and coloring and all the stuff that Hair Cuttery does. They are more apt to do much better job, listening to what you want and in coloring in styling in your actual haircut in actual Styling and everything else that you would actually want. There is also one representative Dorothy, who is actually one of the best stylist that I've had in years she actually listens to what you have and what you do and what you want in colors in styles in shading in coloring in everything she does Axing she does everything she would rather do everything for listening to you to doing everything to listening to what you've said and she doesn't force you into getting another haircut but trying to get you back in there to do another haircut or another color or maybe a waxing or maybe just somethinga lot more simpler than what you were thinking so that you're not spending an arm and a leg on your hair that would you know lead you down the road that would be a massive mistake in reality OK so things could be better OK and she can do marvelous things with you and I see other people do other things that are really great in there but I just happen to have Dorothy and I just happen to think she's simply the best thank you and my name is Ellen . If you want great service and a great cut. Go see JD at the Prices Corner. She is experienced and very friendly. I have gone to her for years and after a bad experience at another salon I am now back to see her even thou it's not the closest to me.

I used to be a loyal customer until I found that they do not take care of those that are loyal. I bought a product and noticed that I had 2 of them when I went home. I had a weekend vacation and when I arrive back to exchange the product. They did not let me exchange it or give me a refund.  I would Never deal with a place like this again! This will be the last time patronizing an establishment that do not recognize their customers. Beware!

So I booked an appointment yesterday for 3:15. I showed up at 3. There was one stylist with two customers, one of whom had foils so I knew my appointment would be late. I was okay waiting, I understand understaffing. It happens. So I'm waiting, and the phone was ringing non stop. From the gossip I had to over hear I gathered it was someone related to a previous employee. The stylist finally answered and yelled at whoever was there. She and the lady with foils continued to gossip relentlessly about this person. At about 3:45 the stylist let me know that the foil lady need a rinse, haircut, and dry and told me it would be at least 40 minutes. I said I would wait, figuring I'm patient and already here. So the stylist goes back to foil lady and starts complaining about how she's going to be late to get her kid and how awful traffic is after 5pm and about how her partner didn't get sleep. I finally took the hint and checked that JCPenney salon had availability so I booked an appointment and walked over there and got my haircut. I don't mind waiting, I get it, but I don't want to hear gossip and I definitely don't want to be guilted for being a customer. Oh and when I got home I got an email about how I missed my appointment and to be courteous about canceling next time! There will be no next time.

It was my first visit here. I liked this haircut  salon. Patrice was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon.
