Regal Nails Salon & Spa in Columbus, OH

First of all, the woman who did my nails was extremely polite and well mannered. That's why I have a star. The owners were fighting and arguing non stop and it was very annoying. Now Its been a week since I got them done but I have a lot to go over. I went in for a balance. First was the price: a balance was supposed to be $17... I was charged $32 and she didn't even explain why. Second: she burnt my fingers more than once and paid no mind to it. Said it was the acetone. (However it's spelled) Burned them again when she was filing and reshaping. The previous shop really screwed them up and she said it was no charge to fix them. She made them look so much better shape wise. Third: the way she painted them. I chose a lighter color, which I know would require a couple coats. She did one and a half. Some of my nails can be seen through the polish. Again, didn't fix them. Fourth: some are thin, some are thick. Makes no sense. Fifth, final, and worse: my left pinky. The first finger she burnt. It's been a week now and I thought I just had dry skin under my nail, so I went to wash my hands and clean under my nails. As I'm doing my pinky I'm feeling extreme pain and my skin comes up off my finger. I start bleeding really bad. I clean it up and out a bandage on it. Fast forward to today, it's oozing green puss. What the hell did she do to me?! Do not get your nails done here people. Please.

This place is sooooo bad!!! I'm beyond pissed tf off right now . Me and my sister in law went in to get a fill in (my sister in law ) and a full set( for me) and right away the lady was rushing us. She made my sister in laws nails so thick , and when it was my turn to go up she tried to charge me extra for trying to get my nails a little bit longer , she keep insisting if I wanted gel nail polish and the nail tips were too wide and I politely asked her to make them more narrow and she said it would be $38 instead of $28 for just filing down the sides. And as I was talking to my sister in law on whether or not I should pay $10 more just too slim down the sides she rudely interrupted and said to hurry up because she doesn't have all the time in the world and that she had an appointment right after me which was a lie because as I was sitting down to dry my nails SHE WAS GETTING HER OWN NAILS DONE BY ANOTHER LADY WHO WORKED THERE . Turns out the appointment seemed to be for herself , NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN . Don't waste your time or money on this small crowded place with rude staff.

The old lady here is sooo rude an so is her son I have been the 3 times an this time she was rude I just thought she was having a bad day but no that's just her that's my the last time I ask the old lady to do one design on one finger an she told me no an her hand hurt an started working on someone else I'm calling in on this place an I'll be back today to find out what is her problem I wish it would let me rated it 0

This place is awful. The main lady there is beyond rude, and wanted to argue about what I decided to get done to my nails. I stated I wanted to keep my fake nails and she ended up taking them off, yelling at me in front of everyone , and charging me for them to be put back On And more than she said. The 2 guys were eating chicken at the nail tables, and getting chicken grease all over the paper towels and even got some on my hand when he was doing my nails. Was a very gross and terrible experience. Do not recommend going here what so ever . They are not professional.

One of the worst places to get service. I went with friends to celebrate a special occasion. We called ahead and were told we would be taken with no problems. We were the only ones there and all of us were provided with half done services. I will never step in there again. My friend said the same thing.
