TRACY NAILS SPA in Columbus, OH

UPDATE-I recently posted a 5 star review in which part of my review was how well my nails lasted. While my initial full set lasted almost 4 weeks, my second visit for a balance/ fill only lasted 6 days before lifting started. I notice the nail on my middle finger lifted after three days. However I waited a few more days before going in to have it repaired. I notified Tracy of this issue. She proceeded to tell me that perhaps I grabbed the car door and that could have been the culprit. I guess she assumed I didn't drive for four weeks when they initial were done as a full set. She said her shop only guarantee work done up to three days after service. She charged me $8 to repair the one nail. I paid $50+ for a balance and these should have lasted a lot longer. Now, I have two more nails that are lifting and I haven't had this balance for a complete two weeks! I am a bit disappointed since my first visit was amazing. Needless to say, this business lost a customer.

Great place Tracy hurt people are absolutely the best me and my daughter go here to get her nails done been going to Tracy for years now wouldn't go any other place

I was looking for a nail salon that was closer to my house bc I usually go to Grovecity & I'm out west. So I looked up some places & found Tracy Nail Spa & I read the views & they was rly gd. So I called & asked if she did walk ins & could get me in today & that I had never been there before. So she asked what I wanted done & I told her jus a balance & gel. So she said I could come in at 1:15. I get there at 1:00 & the doors is locked so I call & I told her I was there but the door was locked. So she goes by sayin, Your appt is 1:15 so I'll be there at 1:15 w/a tone in her voice. So she gets there & I go in & told her who I was & she asked what did I want, I told her a balance & gel polish. I asked if she did French tips & she said, I don't do that. So she said, what color you want (w/a tone AGAIN) I said can I look at the colors? So she took me over so I could look at some colors. I was looking through a photo album that she took pics of peoples nails after she did them & I found two pics w/ French tip in two different styles. So I was like oook. I picked out just a glitter gel & when I told her what I wanted she asked what the number was & after I told her she was like, That will be ugly. I said what? She said, if your nails is yellow then you will be able to see it. I said well I just got these nails so I know my nails ain't yellow. She said well you have the white powder so it will look ugly. I said, No I have pink powder on & I had the glitter before I got the color I have on now. At first when I first walked in & told her what I wanted which was just a balance & color she said $70 then after I picked the glitter & she said it would be ugly & she didn't think I knew what I was talking about when I told her about the pink powder & the glitter but she raised the price $15 more dollars. I told her I'm good & I left. While I was looking at colors she was on the phone yelling/talking loudly to someone on the phone like they was arguing. It was my first & last time ever going there & I will not refer her to anyone. I didn't like her attitude & the fact that she thought I didn't know what I was talking about & how are you going to tell a customer especially a first time customer that the nails they want will look ugly on them Like I'm the one paying you & it's not up to you to tell me what's ugly or not. I could pick out orange, pink & brown & it's your job to give me what I want because I'm the customer & I'm paying for it. I will never go to that shop again I give it 0 stars but I had to give it a 1 star because it wouldn't let me post this unless I rated it. Below are pics I found on her Facebook page of French tip or white tip polish that she said she doesn't do because they don't do airbrush. Clearly it's not airbrushed it's polish.
