Very disappointed... I went on Memorial Day since my regular place was closed.. right when I sat down I stated I didn't want my nails cut or trimmed at all, he said ok... As he's cleaning up my nails, he gets up and goes to back to get used (not in sterile package, plus he never cleaned before using on me)clippers to cut my cuticles... he went too deep on 3 nails and I started bleeding and very painful. (As of 4 days laters, very much painful with possible infection- I will be making a complaint to TDLR due to unsanitary) As he's finishing up he files down my nails and reshapes very noticeable which shouldn't have been done since I didn't want them shorter.. After I paid 60.00 I noticed all the sides of my nails are not even painted and I have the bottom layer of black polish all around the nails... never again will I go back, nor do I recommend this place..
