This place is the WORST. I had to go back , every week for 5 weeks for 2 nails that broke right after my nails were done I only went back because they did not need fills, and the color they did. Now, this morning, the, SAME NAIL, after I told them to just cut and redo, and they didn't, I am in the SAME SITUATION. AVOID AVOID AVOID
D is extremely rude. She refused service and told me to wait for someone else after she refused to change polish and fix two nails after 8 days simply because I did not want a refill. She was loud and extremely rude.
We were first time clients and they were all very welcoming and the work is by far the greatest I've had in a while!! We were in limbo because our tech moved to Houston, but we found our new place!!!
Very very professional and polite and the speed and time it was a great! The staff had good conversations, the recommendations on nail designs and colors offered drinks! My nail tech did exactly what I wanted!
1. The man working on my feet smelled of BO, he kept touching his face then wiped his face with the hot towel before trying to wrap it around my leg. Then grabbed the next towel and wiped it on his pants. Wth. 2. I selected the $60 pedicure and got an weak massage after telling him I wanted regular polish. Not a fan of Gel. 3. I was going to get a manicure until I was told he was going to do it. I will not return!!! This place used to be my go to place. No longer.
