I was renting this place and had to close one day. So I paid off the rent for a month after I noticed I'm going to close which was on contract so it was no problem. Problem was they never get back to me deposit and they never answer me. The owner was so rude. I will never go back to there again and won't recommend it.
Owner of the suite is kind every time I call. He always recommend the best. Prices are in the high end but then they do have to pay rent individually.
I've worked at many Suite Rental locations around San Antonio. The property owner here is the only owner that I have seen on a weekly basis. He truly cares about the success of his tenants and does not interfere with our business decisions. I'm the first three months I met with him more frequently than a salon I was at for 3 years.
It's hard to give this salon a review since it's comprised of many stylists who presumably charge their own rates and likely aren't vetted much by the salon owner. It's a clean building but doesn't have much natural light. If you book an appointment at the salon and sunny request a stylist you won't know who is doing your hair or what their work looks like without doing your own research. My stylist was a friendly man in a messy room that smelled heavily of cheap cigarettes. He spoke mainly in another language to his friend who offered several times to do my nails. My hair came out beautifully, but at $60 for a cut, shampoo, and style I want impressed and don't plan to go back.
Love the atmosphere of this salon! I've been getting my hair cut for years by Joann Lopez and she has never disappointed me! She's great with cuts and color/highlights. I always leave so happy!
