Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Flanders, NJ

Where do I start! The first time I walked into this place I should have never returned! However i needed my nails done for a wedding and my nail tech moved out of state! I was finally acknowledged and was told I have to wait 20 mins ... 20 mins later my nails were done and My gel nails chipped literally as I was getting dress for the wedding! I decided to give it another try because the nail tech was the nicest person inside the place! I tried again and two days later my nail color literally came off and it was gel!! My final attempt was when I called the day before to schedule an appointment with a specific person! The women on the phone was so rude and quickly rushed me off the phone without answering my questions! I called back to confirm if she heard what exactly I was saying and once again she was extremely rude replying "yeah yeah come tomorrow. I showed up the next day and stood there waiting for her to greet her paying customer! She finally decided to say what do I want done and I explained I was there for the appointment I made and she said yeah she not here! Long story short I snapped a picture to warn other customers of this horrible rude racist women! Moral of the story don't spend your money anywhere you don't feel welcomed!!!

Regal Nails shop is DIRTY and UNSANITARY!!! Their nail services work is horrible ! They charge a 4% fee for using a debit or credit which is illegal. The staff is unprofessional and rude to their clients. They should be FINED and CLOSED DOWN! BEWARE ..DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!

My nail broke and 3 of my gel nails chipped in a day. The lady told my mom that the town she came from was "cheap" and her nails that she painted herself (she got her toes done) looked "very bad". Horrible service, will not be going back.

I'm giving 2 stars because of the extra $5 charge to use a credit card for "supplies and fees". I get that everything is closed due to Covid but to make up for lost revenue, please don't pass it along to your customers. I'm going to try a different salon when I'm due for a fill and hopefully, I won't come across the extra charge for credit card use.

I'm giving 1 star because I didn't appreciate being charged $25 for a gel Color Change, no manicure (due to me just getting one elsewhere a week prior). Yes I said a Gel Color change. Heck I paid $20 for a Gel Manicure at another nail salon. And if I wanted a full set gel, it would've been $28, so since when does a gel color change cost so much! The man told me because they had to soak it off. One, they didn't have to soak it off. They could've filed it off. Plus my fingertips are ruff now from them sitting in that Acetone while she painted someone else's nails. Rip off, plain and simple. Use to like them ok, but having second thoughts about ever returning.
