Supercuts in Flanders, NJ

I'd personally like to thank Erin for fitting me in during the reopening stage. She's terrific. Staff also doing a great job disinfecting and promoting social distancing.

I Love this Supercuts because of Erin! I've been getting my hair done by her for over 2 years and it's always a pleasure! She is professional , sweet and listens to exactly what you want which is an extremely important quality in a hair profession. I would recommend her to anyone! She is the best!

I just moved into the area and came to this Supercuts for the first time. There were no other customers in the salon the entire time I was there and there were multiple employees there. Despite no reason to rush, I literally received the fastest, most rushed haircut I have ever received at a Supercuts in over 20 years of going to their businesses. The stylist did not ask me any of the usual questions about my neckline, sideburns or a warm towel, etc. I felt like it was the most minimal activity that she could have done and for that reason alone I would not come back. But on top of this, I go to check out and show them the $4.00 off coupon I had received in a Supercuts "valued guest" email. I understand the coupon is for a different location, but I have gone to many different locations over the years and the coupons are ALWAYS accepted so I felt I never needed to change the primary location in my profile. The lady that appeared to be the manager came up and said "we never do $4.00, we can do $2.00." Again, I understand the coupon was not for their location and they have no duty to accept it, but the fact that they refused to honor it did not make me feel like my business was wanted. I was rushed in and out for no reason and I felt the customer service was subpar. I will not be returning.

I just was here the other day and let me start off by saying that Erin is so unprofessional. I had a appointment for 12 pm and I had got there a few minutes early. When I was getting ready to get my haircut, Erin's friends walked in and she cut there hair before me and I had a appointment. The worst thing was they did not even have a appointment. I didn't end up getting my haircut until 12:40. Supercuts you just lost yet another client!

Ask for Nicole, she is an amazing colorist & fantastic cosmetologist! I am retired from the profession and I know talent when I see a gifted professional. Nicole, thank you!
