Kim is best hair colorist I have had. I went to her salon six weeks ago and she colored my hair and I live it. Six weeks later, I went back for a root touch. She said she had to lightly bleach my hair as I did a root touch at home during the six weeks and the color I used didn't match her color. I was worried that the bleach might ruin my hair but it didn't. She also told me what hair spray to use at home before my next touch up. She is a very sincere person. Always make sure the customer is well taken care.

First sesh she charged 350 to color correct and tone me down . to a nice ash blonde along with keratin treatment . I came back months after the initial sesh for color refresh . It took 4 hours . She worked diligently with my already fragile hair from color processing. She gave me keratin treatment and cut a few inches off . She really is a miracle worker . Second sesh costed 250 which I've paid 400 plus before at other salon that couldn't execute the result I wanted .

This place is a lie!!!! I've gone to get my hair cut here once and the owner Kim did a good Job! I was super happy! That I decided to come back for hair coloring since I saw her reviews on Facebook and Google that people were saying positive stuff about hair coloring! Made an appointment and thought everything was gonna be good! The worst balayage/highlights! Honestly hate to leave bad reviews but this is my hair !!! Curly bounce hair that is completely dead and processed!!!! The guy that did my hair did not know anything!!! They literally will hire anyone in this shop!! I called to ask to talk to the owner because I wanted to get fixed! There was a guy who answered the phone who was completely sweet and gave me the owner # I got in contact because she wanted to see the Damage, I send her pictures and stuff and I didn't get a text back for hours, which I get it they might be busy and stuff but nothing until I msg her again asking her for a refund !! She asked to come by which I don't mind but didn't have an answer after that so I text her the day after asking for a refund because I wasn't gonna wait for her to be free to do my hair again! So I texted asking her for a refund and she texted me that she didn't see any DAMAGE IN MY HAIR !!!! Like do you not see how messed up my hair is ?!?!?! Anyways 170 dollars went down the drained and they had to charge me more because they did a treatment that I didn't ask for! So yeah! Beware, guys!!

Easily the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Barber did the opposite of what I wanted and completely messed up the texture of my hair. Do not recommended to anyone. Worst haircut I have ever received.

the ladies were actively killing roaches during my pedicure. did everything imaginable to get the nail polish off my toes EXCEPT using nail polish remover. spent 2 hours having my nails scraped and grinded (hit my skin and hurt like hell quite a few times too) for the nail polish to not be taken fully off. also all of my toe nails are now noticeably uneven. there's paint all around the skin and all the grinding dried out all the skin around my nails. i'm gonna have to get my nails done again tomorrow because these look so unbelievably bad. $45 for the absolute worst experience in a salon of any type i've ever had in my entire life.
