I was super nervous about coming to a Hair Cuttery to get my hair done and Yasmine was absolutely amazing. I just moved here from the Arlington Virginia/DC area and I wasn't quite sure if I would find someone that would be able to do my hair . She did a great job with my blowout and simple loose curls. I explained the messy undone/done look and she knew just what I meant . She is funny, caring and talented ! I was really impressed with the friendliness of the whole team at this location . Yasmine knew just what to do to work with my MAGICAL hair.
Chelsea did a fantastic job on my color, cut and style. I had a general idea of the color I wanted and she nailed it!

I went to Vanetta or Vernetta. The first time I went, went well but the second time she didn't get to me a entire hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time. What bothered me the most was she didn't speak to me and let me know she was running behind. I simple "I'll be with you soon or I'm sorry I'm running behind but I'll get to you". I asked should i come back and she tells me "I'll be starting you soon". Disappointed at the lack of customer service. Not impressed with her attitude or customer satisfaction. I typically come here bc it's an in and out process but who has time to sit for an hour??? To get an attitude in return? I won't be returning to this location because of her.
