First time going here because it's convenient to my location. My pedicure came out amazing my feet are extremely soft and the polish is nice I usuyget clear because most salons can not polish correctly huge surprise however why are they so pushy when it's time to pay? Paying by debit card and have a fee is INSANE and rushing me to cash app you is even crazier. I may return just for a pedi because the man was kinda rough taking off my nails and kind of rude as well... idk I'll think about it

Today was my first time going to empire nails and I'm very satisfied with the quality & hospitality that I received. My total came to $146 + tipped $25, services included: lavender gel pedi, acrylic fill, eyebrow & upper lip waxing. My appointment was at 10:30 (& started on time) and I was finished by 1pm. Chau did my pedi + waxing, TJ did my acrylic fill. I'll definitely be returning.
I went to this establishment as it was near the Wal-Mart that I was near. I opened the door and asked a worker.. " how much for a PLAIN REGULAR PEDICURE ". I believed she said " $37.00. With inflation I thought that was ok. After 12 minutes of her trying to upset 21 different add on services, I finally caved in an got gel polish on my toes. She then stopped mid service to do someone's eyebrows. Upon returning to me I had to REMIND CHAU that she didn't push my cuticles back or put the callous solution on one of my feet. The entire pedicure experience was rushed and not enjoyable at all. She did a horrible job. She left too much oil on my feet and left me at the station to almost slip on a wet floor. Once I regained my balance and got my shoes on, I met her at the register to pay. At the check out process, I was also shocked that I'd be charged an additional charge for paying with a debit card. The pedicure is subpar at most. I will not be returning as this establishment clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. This place needs a good cleaning and I think I'll give the state board and department of health a call to give them a visit.
After maybe a week my nails peeled off. Sorry empire, you've lost a customer. I didn't realize the gel Polish would peel off from washing my hands.
