Got the worst haircut here. Made the drive to Austin to my old stylist so I could get it fixed. She could not believe how bad it was. Never going back to this salon, ever.
Would not recommend. Terrible customer service, there was hair and dust all over. My cut and style was not good and there was little effort to try and correct. I will have to try and find somewhere else to fix.
Wow...I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I have had horrible experiences at other salon and I was so discouraged about going to get my hair cut. I have long curly hair and no one has ever cut it right, it's always choppy, uneven and after short after they're done. I had Beth, see was so kind and listened to my horror stories and was so caring while I broke down in her chair afraid that she was going to say she couldn't help me or would have to cut it all of. I was so surprised that she listened to me and talked to me about different ways she could cut my hair and how I didn't need to chop it off to make it look good. She eased my nerves and kept me distracted while she worked and I love the outcome! I got to keep my legnth and my hair looks great!! I will definitely be going back to see her. Beth, you are an angel. I truly appreciate you and look forward to visiting you again soon!!...(I've never said that before!!)
I have thick wavy curly hair and my daughter's is thick with just body. I received a bad haircut and asked around For recommendations. I went and they fixed mine as well did a wonderful job on my teenager's shirt cut. We have kept going back since then and been very pleased. They listen, offer suggestions and do what you want. Peaceful inside decor. Environmentally friendly cucumber or lemon water offered. (No disposable bottles! Real glasses).
I have been coming here for years! Beth is amazing and really does a great job. I always get compliments on my color when she does it. My sister and aunt see Emily who is also very good!
