Becky Keasling, About U, (first salon on right as you enter Sola Salons off 183) is NOT RECOMMENDED. In 55 years of going to stylists, Becky is the first one to yell at me and call me names, disrespectfully and unprovoked. I tried to make an appointment with Becky Keasling last weekend for a head shave but she turned out to be a flake and never even bothered to contact me back. I had only tried her because unfortunately Natalia Han was booked up for several days. Natalia is an outstanding barber! On my first visit with her she meticulously cleaned every bit of my head without one single nick. She also has great customer service skills and is very gracious. I see why she is always so busy. Natalia gets 5 stars and Becky Keasling 0 stars. I hope to be able to get into see Natalia again soon.

I came in as a walk-in because Visible Changes cancelled on me. I was very happy that Haejung Lee #280 was available. It had been 2 years since my last cut and color and my husband had changed his graveyard schedule so he could watch our 1 year-old. It took about 2 1/2 hours which I expected. But I was charged 65$ + 20$ for extra color (which I don't know what extra color was used because I had 8 inches cut off for a swing bob and then colored) plus 75$ for highlights and 50$ for a haircut total 210$ She did take off 10$ I tipped 20$which came to a very expensive 220$. I was way over charged considering Ive had this done for 140$ before. She was nice but I felt her experience was minimal because she kept asking another stylist for her expertise through out my coloring. My swing bob was good but there wasn't the usual dimensions that I wanted or have had in the past. I know a more experienced stylist would have been able to give me the angles I was looking for. The color wasn't a match either but it came out beautiful.
