Dee is horrible. I went to her a few times and the last time she didn't do anything that I wanted. I asked for a dark under panel and she gave me full highlights and then charged me full price for highlights even though I didn't ask for that. she was asked to trim my daughter's hair and cut 6 inches off instead, leaving her in tears. she didn't care. we talked to Ceecee the manager who was rude and only cared about the money. this place is awful. go somewhere else if you dont want your hair messed up.
Cut was uneven on my bangs and the price was a little high for a place with no parking and hard to access the building
I hate doing this but I'm going to have to give this salon a three. Not because of the service. My gosh, twice now Paula has made me leave feeling like a rock star. I'm very impressed with her talent and abilities to get it just right with cut and color. Or she's not to prideful to ask help from a colleague to make sure she's going to get the color just right because God knows these women are also partly chemists with all the crazy colors we put in our hair. No, my main complaint is customer service. If you aren't part of the tribe, you feel woefully out of sync with the rest of the salon fairing crowd. I'm very sensitive to place and the vibe I get is one in which you either going to love it or hate it here. Again it has nothing to do with talent. That they have in spades. It's the silent treatment I get and not feeling like I'm well received. Maybe I'm partly to blame, I don't know. However, I've been to a lot of salons and this just isn't giving me a sense of belonging in the slightest.
I went into the salon and wanted to die my hair dark brown and when she washed my hair out it was red. We had talked about what I wanted to do and we both had an understanding that it was brown. She tried to fix it but I was left with a dark red. Very unhappy with this salon.
