It's always a bit nerve-wracking to switch hair stylists, but due to a relocation by my former one--the 3rd time this has happened in 4 years--I thought I'd patronize the salon closest to my front door in The Market Common.
Got a superb haircut/styling from Marie, which is not easy when one has very short hair--clipped on the sides, scissored & tousled on the top. The transition has to be seamless; the angling on the top--esp. with straight hair/no natural wave or curl--for finger-styling has to be expert. Otherwise I'd look like a nursing home patient w. a bad pixie cut or a biker w. Helmet-hair or a dude w. breasts in female clothing w. a Mohawk.
