I wish I could tell you how their service is; however, I was unable to have the service I booked. I booked a same day appointment for a lash lift and tint, via their online system. When I arrived at the appointment, the salon had no record of it, and made me feel like I messed up. If you follow the directions to book an appointment and it's not verified, perhaps it's best to take responsibility or at least acknowledge that maybe it's a problem with the system rather than fault the potential customer. To compound that, they offered no service recovery. The receptionist told me the tech had been there earlier, but left and now suddenly has a doctor's appointment and can't come back. Despite the fact that there was not another customer in the salon and the online booking system showed an available appointment. I even showed the receptionist the booking app that I had to download in order to complete the appointment. I get that there can be a technical glitch with a business.  Completely understandable. Happens all the time. But when the customer is then blamed for the glitch and no remedy is offered (well, I take that back; they did offer me another appointment in 5 days - thanks, that's so very helpful of you), you don't get a second chance to have me as a customer. Too bad, because I live less than 10 minutes from the salon and I would have gladly given them my business.

I believe that Blink Lash Boutique would greatly benefit from separating personal political discussions from the business environment. Customers should be able to enjoy their treatments without feeling overwhelmed or subjected to unsolicited political commentary.  I put up with it for nearly two years because I believe everyone can have their own political beliefs. I worked hard to generate NON political discussion every two weeks. However, when you're lashes are taped down, you're lying on a table with a tweezers over your eyes it takes a huge lack of empathy for a service provider to not realize they might be offending someone while you have them in a compromising position.  It's a shame because they do good work, and they are very nice people.  However, apparently winning a political argument is more important than providing a relaxing experience.  If you have any difference of political view, it will be unpleasant if you go regularly. If you happen to share their point of view, you'll probably love it. I peresonally don't like politics in my personal services.

I now have the most beautiful lashes thanks to Ginny!!! The salon is so nice. Lash services are excellent and highly recommended!!!

This is my second time getting a lift & tint. The first time I had to go back and have one eye redone as the curl did not take. Today I went and I am disappointed again. The same side did not curl. When I went to check out I was advised they only accept cash...no credit cards. I used a credit card the first time I went. You would think that when I made my second appointment that someone would let me know. I had to drive ten minutes to the bank snd then ten minutes back. Very poor customer service. Never again!
