Visiting from Cincinnati 2-3x a year .. finally found a reasonably priced great nail salon & technician with Mary at Elite Design Nails. I called and got appt promptly requesting Mary from praises of a past review. Wonderful job on my toes & fingers, pleasant conversion with young woman. We both have yorkipoos ... hers is Twiggy mine is Zeppelin. Totally recommend. See you next visit.
Apparently this business is under new ownership since the last time I've been (5 + years ago as you can see from my last review). Still, the attention and quality shown was excellent. I explained that I had been having a hard time being the sole caregiver to my mother with dementia and it was immediate accepted with care and understanding. Still would recommend as 5 stars.
This review is specifically for Mary! She gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Finally, after 2 years of searching, I've found my girl! All of her work was clean and efficient and her massage almost put me to sleep. She's so sweet and nice to talk to. HIGHLY recommend Mary!
I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Used to love this nail salon. Now everything is a add on charge and are trying to upsell you the whole time ridiculous. The man who did my toe nails didn't even lay the polish on right so I have bumpy polish. Didn't even take his time rushed through everything. DO NOT COME HERE (unless you wanna be scammed outta your money and pay 75 dollars for a regular pedicure no gel)
I was on vacation and wanted to get a pedicure. Being unfamiliar with where to go I relied on reviews. Despite some negative comments I thought I'd give Elite Design Nails & Spa a try.
I called at 10:00am and made an appointment for 2:00pm. My Nail Tech's name was Oh. She was delightful to talk with, concerned about my well being and was very professional.
I am pleased with the pedicure and would go back when I am in the area again.
