Awful. Jerkoff on his phone took an hour to trim my sides and top. Looked terrible and then charged me for a cut + a beard trim. I told him I didn't get my beard cut and he said they cost the same. I looked at my bank receipts to find the price of the same haircut cost $10 less a month ago, so he lied to my face. $40 for a less than great clips quality cut, enter at your own peril.
I used to work here rafael treats his employees like slaves ... he has a very mean attitude all he cares about money and he hires people who don't even know how to cut hair and without license to cut hair
if you go there ask the employee or barber if he or she has a license ! especially R&R location in laffayet Indiana tippecanoe mall & circle center mall
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Sarah was my hair stylist and she did a horrible job. It's uneven and not what I asked for. First, I made an appt for 3:45 and didn't get helped until 4:20. Second, the service I wanted was shampoo, cut, and style. She barely shampooed my hair. Then while cutting, she would get distracted by "helping" coworker or helping customers coming in. Towards the end of my service, it seemed like she was getting tired/bored and did not even fully blow dry my hair. She kept saying that it's because I have a lot of hair. If you don't know how to work on thick hair like mine then you should've said you couldn't. Not MESS UP MY HAIR.
Not the best!!! Appointment was for 2:30 it's been an hour so far only thing done was hair washed and bottom section trimmed. Beautician was working two of at same time
Faith gets me right every time. The four times I've went, she always goes above and beyond what I think I need. Couldn't ask for a better local barber.
