She was on the phone the entire time,,then to top it off she kept asking so much question she was so weird and she talked to her friend the whole time,, my nails are so messed up,, i will never ever go back there the people were so disrespectful but yea they wont being seeing me there anymore

Absolutely worst service. Firstly, they do nails horrible, over charge and not to mention the Place is very dirty and recks of smoke, and the people there are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! This place deserves -0 ..this salon needs to shut down!

There's a man here that opened the door (20 mins late) saying this is shop. A lady was asking why NO technicians were here on time and he became rude and said, "homie, if you don't like it then go. You must be new-you don't know me. I'm gonna treat today like the BMV-just sign in and wait". Needless to say, that lady left and I called for my ride also. I found him rude and very unprofessional. Seems some anger management needs to be in place. I'm visiting from Ohio and I've never witnessed this type of behavior. Unbelievable.

I used to go to Diva Nails years ago and I continued to go anytime I came into town.I always loved my nails and got great service. I went yesterday and there was a lady I hadn't seen before that was speaking Spanish to her friend the entire time she did my nails. She took multiple breaks to eat her apple, to FaceTime, and she ended up cutting me while doing my nails and just let the blood sit on my finger. It was the WORST service I've ever had. I kept turning around to see if it was a joke and to see if I was being recorded. I will never go back unless I have an appointment with Sean.
