Worst place for natural hair if you value your hair go elsewhere worst decision ever made

I never write reviews but I had to because this place is absolutely unprofessional. I made an appointment on a Thursday afternoon for 3:30pm to color my hair with Rosi (store owner). Once I arrived for my appointment I was told she wasn't there. Minutes later I told one of the stylist can she call Rosi because maybe I had made a mistake. Rosi arrives about 10 mins later and tells me it's too late for my hair to be colored because the salon will close soon. I was confused as to why on the phone some lady told me my appointment was scheduled but now it's too late. But it didn't upset me so she rescheduled me for the next day at 10am. Friday morning I arrived on time for my appointment. I'm told once again Rosi is not here. So I just sit and wait. About an hour and a couple minutes passed and I'm still waiting. I would recommend not to waste your time but to each is own.

They all do great work. I love my hair dye best place to go to. I would recommend other ladies to come get there hair done

My co-worker used to go here but she stopped going because the heat was too much for her. I only went here cause I was short on time and needed a wash and blowout. They had two people with two different ways of blow drying. I tried to tell them the heat was excessive but they continued talking like I didn't say anything. They used sooooo much heat that I ended up washing my hair out the next day cause of the burning smell and what do you know? I have heat damage. If you don't know how to property take care of all types of hair then how can you call yourself a hairstylist!? They were nice people but I want to get my money back so bad; however I know that if I go in, I'm gonna cause a whole scene so I'm just going to take it this as a lesson learned.

Been going her for years all the ladies do decent work the only about this place is they don't use any products on your hair unless you ask ... they are very fugal with their moisturizers . If your lucky they will maybe spray your hair with more water to help detangle it lol but that's about it ... it's a good ol faithful salon though . Quality doobies and blow outs .try it .
