I went in for a mani & pedi yesterday I did not think it was a terrible job but I was not totally happy... not even 24 hours later 3 of my nails were chipped and the rest look like the polish was more than a week old. I went back in this afternoon to have my polish redone, to start they only wanted to re-do the three chipped nails although all of them looked bad and were starting to chip. I said I would pay the difference to have shellac which is what I wanted yesterday but the young lady did not understand my request, anyhow the price difference between a regular manicure and shellac is only $10.00. they charged me $25.00! I frequent this place because it is convenient but no more. I spent $90.00 on a mani and pedi that I am not happy with.
Came in as a walk in and was helped immediately to get my gel polish removed, I highly recommend seeing Vu he was super sweet.
Happy I returned here after ownership changed. New owners are great! I especially recommend Vu, Amy, Sonja and no one beats Kenny's pedicures!
Hit or miss as to who your tech is. I have had two bad ones. Came back for a re-do because polish bubbled up. I think it's as a result of old polish. Bring your own.
I've been going to Vu for a few years now and was happy to hear when I moved near Farmington Hills that him and his Fiancé bought a salon near me! His team is great all meticulous. & the salon has a wide range of colors to choose from!
