Golden Touch Salon & Spa in Farmington Hills, MI

I loved this place! I only trust them to get my eyebrows and facial done :) They use all natural products for my sensitive skin.

This place is TERRIBLE. Last time I came in, I waited inside with no one at the floor for 10-15 minutes. I finally decided to call the store to catch their attention and a lady came out of the room to answer the phone. Instead of attending to me, she asked if I had an appointment to get my eyebrows done (takes less than five minutes). When I said no, she asked her co-worker who was still in the separate room how long the wait would be for me. In Hindi, the second co-worker said 30 minutes but the lady communicating with me lied and said about 15 minutes because they are finishing a facial in the room. She was unaware I understood Hindi. I left. This time, I called around 1:24 to set-up an eyebrow appointment for 2 PM. They told me to come sooner because it's empty right now and they may close at 2. I asked "oh are you closing at 2? not 3?" and she started blabbering about how she IS closing at 3 but to come in earlier because there's no wait. I said I'd try my best and she said something about how I am welcome anytime. I drove FIFTEEN minutes and got there at 2:07 and they were CLOSED. I wasted my time. They lie about their hours. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is my go to salon because of their best in class services they provide. Yojna, the owner is very accommodating and caters to individual needs. She recently did my balayage hair color and it look amazing . Definitely stop by and check them out!!

From the front desk to the assistants by the stylists that I saw, Amor Salon, really knows how to wow their clientele, Yojana was my colorist and stylist, she was absolutely amazing incredibly knowledgeable about products and honestly felt her service went above and beyond - she listened to what I was wanting to get out of my products and tailor picked me exactly what I was after. Her excellent work has made me want to book my next appointment here. I recommend Amor salon for sure! Thanks!

I visited this place for color and cut and Yojna added a wow factor to my hair. I wanted to get a new look before going for a family wedding. Yojna patiently listened to what I was looking for and did a wonderful job in terms of haircut and styling. She is an expert and knew what hair color would suit me. I just fell in love with my new look. The staff is efficient as well. So don't hop around and just visit this place.
