OK service I guess but the pricing is never correct. I took my child for a pedi. we both got the $35 basic, because we didn't need the extras. Was charged $100- So I asked about the upcharge, and was repeated the $100. when I handed her a Benjamin and bounced- sorry, but you seemed to have added a tip in. If you let me do it I do 20%, if you take my choice away not so much.
I love my nails. I got the dip nails and I really love how neat my nails look. I wish I could take them back to where I live.
Me and my wife spent 4 days in New Orleans and she needed a pedi. So we found this spot where she received great treatment. No rushing, and she felt pampered. Stop here first if your looking for a mani/pedi ladies!
I have been going here for several months now but the service they provided this evening put them over the top. Vicky is absolutely outstanding. I called roughly an hour before their closing time (needed pedi and refill), they could have easily told me they didn't have time and come back tomorrow. Instead they told me come in and they would take care of me. Closing time was 7:00 pm but they stayed well over an hour past closing to do a much needed full set after my pedi. Not a lot of places are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
