A nightmare cut!!!!!!
Bad cut. I will never return. I hate my hair; I asked for a trim, & a tiny bit of framing around my face- the stylist(can't remember name) did ok on the back basic trim- but around my face she chopped my hair- she gave me a layered effect- I did Not ask for that. Another customer was yapping in my ear the whole time- I was distracted. I feel duped.  I'm so pissed off that this lady had no regard for what I asked for.  I look like I have a mullet & I look like I'm from the 90's.  I'm devastated- I have never experienced this feeling of dread from a cut. Great Clips is better at listening & more conservative on a cut in general. I hate my my hair & this S#!&$ -ass behind the times salon.

I repeat- doing a cut at home yourself will be less risky~

I had a similar experience as the first reviewer. I usually go to another local salon but when I couldn't get an appointment there I called this place to see if they had an opening for that day. The girl (wish I could remember her name) seemed pretty aggravated to be dealing with me. I might have been able to understand her irritation if she was busy with her regular clients and had to make them wait while she was forced to take this last minute appointment, however, the whole salon was empty. Literally, I was the only one there and it was no where close to closing time.

When she was done cutting my hair (the cut was not great) she ASKED me if I wanted her to dry it. Really?? Do I WANT you to dry it? I've never been somewhere where they DIDN'T dry it. I'm pretty sure drying is factored into the cost of a cut. Not to mention, I don't think anyone goes to a salon and pays someone to do their hair so they can walk out looking like a wet dog............so yes, I would like you to dry it!

Obviously my money was not appreciated here. So I will not make the mistake of ever bringing it here again.

Not the best cut or service.  I recently moved from out of state and went here on the recommendation of a friend who was a regular client.  I made an appointment but the stylist seemed very annoyed to see me for some reason, she warmed up after finding out I was a friend of a current client.  I told her that my last hair stylist thinned my hair a little (expecting that she would texturize it using the scissors) instead she cut out a lot underneath using thinning shears. I recently got my hair cut out of state and was told to never let anyone do that to my hair.  It had to be fixed by adding layers to my long hair.  I thought this was more of an upscale salon, but I would rate it along the lines of a Great Clips or Hair Cuttery.
