Vip Nails in Belle Chasse, LA

Came here with my partner for my trip to have fresh nails and they gave me the run around. I usually come here with hardly any issues but today they were rude, ignored half of what I even said, and refused to design my nails how I wanted. First, they refused to even let me show the picture of how I wanted it until my mani and pedi was done. So they didn't even let me know if they'd be able to do the design ahead of time they just rushed me along. I could've gone somewhere else and not even wasted our time, had I known the design somehow was impossible (a simple 3 color ombré with sparkles). Then she warned me nothing about extra cost-- I had to ask. The lady who was doing my pedi dumped the dead skin she got off my feet INTO the water that I was soaking in and when I tried to say something she pretended not to hear. Then went it came down to show the design, I told the nail tech the specific colors I wanted and the lady behind me (another tech who wasnt even doing my nails; I assume the manager) started grabbing my hand and doing a dip color that I didn't even want. I corrected her and she told me they didn't have any colors I wanted. So she tried a bunch of ones that wasn't even close (in chrome, which she picked out) while the other lady was trying to do my other hand with gel (after telling me they could only do the style I wanted in dip) to see how it looked and it came out blocky. So the other random lady went away and the original technician redid my nails over. I told her just do it ALL chrome with the 3 diff colors (purple, blue, & green on every other nail). She tried doing half my nails in chrome because the original design was ombré. But the colors were still off and she did it blocky and square, not ombré at all. She kept pressuring me to tell her what to do and being rude about it, so again I told her that I wanted them ALL just chrome. I panicked picking the random style because they refused to do the ombré I wanted correctly.  And wanted $25 extra just for sparkles. Next, I tried telling them the nails had chipping issues and there was missing color, they brushed me off. I tried to ask her several questions, one in particular about stickers and she got mad because she thought I was changing the design, when she misunderstood me. I was just asking if they had any TLM stickers. She kept it ignoring me and occasionally mumbling stuff, every time I asked. I even apologized and said "I know you have to redo my nails and I'm sorry but you don't have to ignore me" and she continued to mumble and say nothing after. Ignored every comment or question I had. (In the beginning of my pedi with another woman, while she was beginning to start the mani, at the same time, she was real talkative and loud so I know she could communicate fine). And I had another customer beside me witnessing the whole thing in disbelief, & agreeing with me. After the UV light drying, I noticed the chrome CHANGED COLORS. the purple was no longer purple but now pink and the green was yellow. This completely threw the entire little mermaid theme off that I was going for. She was quick to rush me off and I asked her nicely to get off the glue on my fingers and she didn't even wanna do it at first. Then stood there scrubbing and picking at my finger for minutes and not even able to remove ALL the glue she got on me. There was excess polish on nails still and missing polish other places. These nails came out the complete opposite of what I even came in to get and asked for and every time I tried to ask about price, the random lady who came over (who seemed like the manager) said "don't worry about it. Stop worrying about the price." Completely unprofessional. I left paying $140 for something I didn't even want. I have never felt so uncomfortable and brushed off, simply getting my nails done. Bad customer service-- definitely went downhill from last year). I left visibly upset and one customer getting a pedi could even tell and said "I'm sorry they did that" because she could even tell I was upset. But NOBODY from the salon staff even apologized.

Came here for a pedi and got the quickest pedi I ever had . Quick is good for people on the go but I was hopping for a little more relaxation their pedicures did not come with a massage they literally just put a little lotion and polish.

Nice place! Sweet girls and they did a great job. My mani/pedi looks awesome.  I will definitely go back.

Love the ladies that work at VIP Nails!  Great customer  service! I'm always happy with my pedicure and eyebrow waxing!

This is literally my favorite nail salon! I always go here because the service is perfect! They are always friendly and do exactly what i need them to do to my hands, feet & eyebrows.
