Absolute worst service ever !  

I had requested a pedicure and a fill. I get acrylic on my big toes. So the lady put a big glob of acrylic on my toe, it was over my skin on both sides of my toes. When she was down she asked if it looked okay, I told her no & explained the problem. She filed it a little and asked again. I told her no again. She filed it more and asked again. At this point im frustrated because it's clearly over my skin and thick as heck. I asked her to take it off and leave it. She said it's going to take 10 mins I said that's fine. So she starts taking it off. When she was almost finished she asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, I explained I no longer wanted one to just charge me for the take off. She then caught an attitude & called someone else over. They called then the man told me she was already half way done with my pedicure so I have to pay for it. I explained all she had done was put on and take off the acrylic. He said no she was already half way done with it, I said how was she half way done when less than 2 mins ago she asked me what type of pedicure I wanted... he proceeded to go back and forth with me. I told him I would no longer argue, I'm not paying for services I don't receive. He can charge me for the take off and I'll go on about my day. When I got to my vehicle I realized the man was watching me walk to my vehicle with a mug face. Weird vibes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Terrible work & customer service.

They are amazing! Appointments and walk ins for those emergencies. Quality is awesome too!

Have been going here for a little over 2 years and they have always pleased me and gone above and beyond to make my nails always look good!

I have been going here since they opened. Yesterday I went to get a pedicure by someone new because my lady left to another salon (I made an appointment by the way keep in mind), and it was by far the worst pedicure I've ever received. Her name was Kim by the way so everyone can steer clear. She rushed through it in less than 15 minutes (I am not exaggerating I timed it because her vibe was off from the beginning rushing my 77 year old grandmother and I into the chair), didn't bother to massage my feet or legs which the pedicure came with, she slapped on one towel for BOTH of my legs for the "hot towel soak" when it comes with one each leg, kept staring at me while I waited for my grandmother to finish her COMPLETE service, and knew she did wrong because she rushed to the register when it came time for us to pay. I didn't say anything at the time in fear of being "that customer" so I said something that evening and received no response from their texting service (as I usually would because that's how they book their appointments). I was already pissed because the last two times I was in they OVERCHARGED me resulting in me saying something the most recent time and they texted me an $8 gift card. When I went to use it the (male) owner acted clueless and like they never sent the text when I saved the thread for this very reason. Nothing pisses me off more than spending my hard earned money on a joke like this and being treated the way I was. God knows what they said to each other in their language as well while they were talking and Kim didn't say but 5 words to me the entire service. Needless to say I won't be returning because of this and their poor, poor, customer service. I'd rather do my own nails than experience this BS again. If I could I would give 0 stars. It also seems like they have no problem losing customers as I've further read their reviews.

I have been there four times now and I haven't had anyone I didn't like. I've had manicures and pedicures, mainly gel for my manicure. My favorite person so far has been Michael though! Super nice & does an amazing job!
