Tanya did my manicure and pedicure and she is awesome she makes sure to get that extra skin off the side of the toes and have to take picture of pedicure when she is done

Cannot honor appointments days ahead for an appointment for my birthday and they continue to let people walk in knowing I was coming in at 5:30 and now they're too busy to take me on my birthday, thanks

I've only had this dip on maybe 5 days, after 2-3 days both my index fingers chipped and I needed to file them down. My middle finger chipped today. My sister is a nail tech and dip is supposed to last longer but after 2 days it's not worth it): they' have very kind staff though, maybe it was just a bad day(:

I haven't been to this place in three years and I go to jasmine nails because Cindy moved over there and does an amazing job . She was booked over there so I came to GL nails which is now under a different name . I scheduled with Anthony because I've had him before and he does a good job and he still did a good job after my experience today.
I went to the main door and it was locked and I stood there for awhile confused since I hadn't been there in three years and there was no sign on this door saying they were closed or the door was out of service . I went back to my car and called the place and they rudely told me there was two doors .
I get it , your tired of people using the wrong door and not paying attention to their surroundings. I never noticed the side door there and why wouldn't their be a sign on the MAIN door directing you to the side door ? Anthony is waiting for me inside and to make it more embarrassing he kept yelling "there's two doors ! There's two doors ! " i tried to joke and downplay it but he was serious and just kept staring at me and pointing to the door.
I suffer from severe social anxiety so I don't always go out alone and I find the entrance and exit and bolt for those and I don't look around for much. After he got done embarrassing me in front of everyone loudly , he kept being rude to me and then after we sat down he said loudly "there's a sign on the door !" And he just kept up and pointing to the door and staring at me like I was an idiot . Which again I understand your frustration but it's no way to treat someone . Years ago he knew who I was and was very kind to me but just because you don't know someone doesn't give you and excuse to be awful to them.

The whole time I was there , So many people kept coming to the main door trying to get in because there was no sign on it that said anything . They all just say in the salon and laughed and scoffed.
There's no way I'm going back here. No one deserves to be treated that way. I made sure not to say anything rude and just be polite but I should have just walked out because he ended up being rude the whole time .
What if he would have treated someone like that who had worse issues than I had ? Don't come here , go to jasmines and get Cindy . It's not worth it.

They open at 9am on a Saturday and have only three employees that can only do manicures. The rest of the staff are 'always late' (their words). I haven't been here since 2019 and was reminded quickly why I haven't been in several years. If you want to spend your day in a nail salon- this is the place to come. Sheesh.....
