Q Nails in Spokane, WA

WILL NEVER RETURN . just simply wanted my acrylic set removed for the new year to give my nails a break , and the entire salon acted like it wasn't worth the $15 , granted they were not busy ... she put a quarter full bowl of acetone in front of me and asked me to sit for 15 min at a time , we did this 4-5 times before i asked her to stop because it wasn't diluted in any way and was drying my hands out ... they openly and publicly were talking shit about everyone . and started doing other peoples nails in the middle of my service . acrylic removal has never really taken more than 15-20 min , we were in there for over an hour . The vibe was not good , at all.

First off let me say this place will rip you off. I took my five year old granddaughter to have her nails and toes painted. I was told 25. well the next day looking at my account. they charged me 75.!!!! for a 5 year old little girl. This place is a dump, went into the bathroom and it smelled so badly of urine I refused to use it. It was my granddaughters first time going to a salon. I was so upset they were so rude and disrespectful the entire time. I would have walked out but I was trying so hard to make it a good experience for her. They were rough on her little hands and just down right awful. I thought the charge was a mistake, because they have a full set listed for 50. So seriously how can you charge 75. for a little girl to have her fingers and toes painted. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I WOULD RATHER FLUSH 50 IN THE TOILET THAN GIVE IT TO THAT SHOP.

******Dishonest!!!!!! *******Stole my sister's cell phone and when my mom called security they made up a story of why it suddenly appeared again. Besides that, salon is dirty. They don't clean between clients. Cheap polish that doesn't last. Absolutely baffled as to why Spokane Valley Mall will allow them to continue business.

I have been here 2 times: October 2022 & March 2023, both times have been great! The most recent visit my group received 3 pedicures with regular polish (2 deluxe at $50/ea & 1 normal at $40) and 2 manicures with gel polish. The total for all the services was $200. I see people complain about getting infected, but this is one of the cleanest salons I've been to... they use new tools right in front of you and clean the pedicure tub while your toe nails are drying. I think the staff here are all really friendly. I made an appointment for my last visit and the staff were all ready for when my party arrived and seated us right away. The manicurist makes sure you are liking the nails the whole time. I love to get sparkly nails and some places just do the sparkle polish (you know the glitter mixed with a clear base) but this place does a great job at getting a matching under coat to make the sparkles really pop! Overall, I really do like this place and think I have found my go-to nail place while I live in Spokane for the next few years!

Worst place to go to- my thumb got infected . I will never go there again. Terrible customer service there.
