Probably the worst pedicure. Some tools did not look clean. I really wish I could give this place more stars because they were EXTREMELY sweet but I didn't come here to pay for customer service I came to pay for the service itself.
STAY AWAY ! very unprofessional and horrible customer service ! I walked in there , and she had only one customer in the entire shop , so she asked me to come back in 30 mins , so I went and got myself some coffee , to my surprise I walked back in to find someone in the seat , but her excuse was sorry I forgot I had an another appointment. I'm a business man with a busy schedule. Therefore I very much hate wasting my time . I would not recommend this place
We liked the nail tech... she was very nice! But... the same day we had our nails done... they started to peel off. Two of us had gel polish... the other person was acrylics. Some of the gel nails have been coming off after just one day... and others still peeling. The acrylic nails have been the most painful experience ever at a salon. The tech cut my cuticles and skin around my nails on 8 of my 10 fingers. They are still aching after 3 days. The top coat on the acrylics started peeling off, at dinner, the day of getting them done... and are still peeling off. The acrylics are much thicker than I've ever experienced. As for the pedicures... the nail polish covers all of our cuticles also... not good. Sadly, even if offered a redo... we would decline.
Honestly was a terrible experience. I went with my friend who said that Elaine called her 3 different times trying to get her to reschedule. We get there and we are the only ones in the shop. She answered her phone and put it on speaker 3 times and we could obviously tell that she was in a hurry to get to her dinner party. She told us she didn't think that she could do any of the VERY simple nail art that we asked for. Very limited colors. Nails turned out awful, no clean up done on nails after, our cuticles were bleeding and we had large cuts on our fingers, along with our fingers COVERED in glue and paint. She started vaccuming while we were waiting to dry our nails, didn't wait until we left. The whole thing was very messy, unprofessional, and WAY overpriced. A flat rate of $50 which we both got one color that wasn't gel and it cost us $60? Doesn't make sense. I could've gotten better for half the price. She also only took cash and didn't have a cash register, which was really sketchy.
