The manager check us in- we checked in online before we got to great clips- only two people inside- couple walked in after us- one clearly stating he did not check in online- yet everyone goes up before us- she's all snide we don't let anyone cut the line- mmmm don't believe it. You don't let people cut yet we were physically inside the building and checked in. Mmmhhmmm

The lady that works on the first station to your left... makes it so obvious she does not like African American or anyone of color... seen the way she talks and treats us. Like she doesn't want to be bothered. The few times I did go, she is not friendly to "us", but goes above and beyond for her white clients. She will pass all the black ppl to other stylist... her racism is soooo obvious. Took my son there and they did not follow my instructions and pushed his hair line back. Tried to make excuses but messed him up. Im mad at myself for even letting them act like the knew what they were doing. I had no choice. My son needed a cut in the back. He has braids up top. Told them not to touch his front hair line.... What did she do, F'd it up horrible. So pissed. Do not recommend them or this place. NO STARS, but it made me pick 1.

Great haircut, good wait time communication, friendly stylists, clean store, had a wonderful time and got looking all snazzy from my visit, prices have gone up slightly since I last remember, but I feel the same about almost everywhere I go now, would definitely come back again

I go to Great Clips because it's close to where I live, and I don't drive, so I can walk there. It seems the "beauticians/barbers" don't understand what a description is, even when you show them a haircut style you want. I show them a picture of what I want EVERY SINGLE TIME....a 'Pixie' cut. Quite easy to care for...short but feminine and it looks good on me. What I actually GET is a man's cut that ALL I can do with it is simply comb it to the left and pray no one laughs. In my last 3 cuts, only ONE has gotten it right, but it seems I'm doomed to either have crappy, masculine hair or let it grow.

Consistently mediocre haircuts. I am disappointed every time I get a cut at this location. It's convenient and I like being able to sign in ahead of time on the app but wish I could rate each haircut, it wouldn't be great!
